    Show a conditional dropdown list of data validation only if a specific cell equals a value

    If GENERAL! G1 = VALIDATIONS! G2, then GENERAL! E38 should have a dropdown list with the data from VALIDATIONS! B2:B4 (with data input check)

    If GENERAL! G1 = VALIDATIONS! G3, then GENERAL! E38 should not have any data validations conditions nor any dropdown.
