Shapes on chart showing name 'tooltip' on mouse hover.

I have a couple of textboxes on a chart, added using Activechart.Shapes.AddTextbox(). The shapes are named a few lines later.

When viewing the chart, the textboxes will show a little tooltip displaying their name when the mouse is hovered over any of them, seemingly the name will be displayed for any shape added to a chart..

Can this be suppressed in any way? It is very distracting and I can't image nobody has objected to it before but I cannot find a way so that tooltip is not displayed.
