    Copy Worksheets to new book without formulas then email

    Hi All,

    Is it possible to copy 2 sheets, from a workbook with many sheets, "Course" and "Vision Upload" to a new workbook keeping everything but the formulas are replaced with their values. I would then like to open up the send to email so all I have to do it type in the email and send the file?

    Regards
    Ian

    Copy-->Paste Values

    This will hard code the values into the new workbook.

    Will move to VBA section. Are you looking to copy both entire sheets and append them to each other in a new sheet? If this is the case, then it can be achieved in either Power Query or VBA, but really need to understand if appending to each other is in fact what you want.

    No I am looking at copying the two sheets Name "Course" and "Vision Upload" to a new workbook, keeping them separate. I want to keep all the formatting so they look the same as the workbook they are in but replace the formulas with the results.

    Then if possible use outlook to email it.

    Thanks

    Instead of writing some code to do all this, why not just save your file as a pdf and email it then. Would save you a lot of aggravation. Any reason your recipients could not see the results as a pdf? Otherwise, look at this link where Mumps has provided code to do exactly what you wish

    It need to be in excel format for uploading

    I have found a way by recording a macro for copy or move sheets to a new workbook then just copy over the cells with values.

    All I need now if its possible is how to do the following in VBA

    File > Share > Attach a Copy Instead > Excel Workbook

    Thanks
