Find data from a table using 4 inputs

Hi

(Difficult to title this one!)

Please see attached workbook. I have a table of Inputs (sheet "Inputs") which has rows of 4 numbers across 6 possible columns (Two always blank) and a number in the 7th column that I want to retrieve.

On the sheet "Check" I'd select 4 different numbers from a long drop down list. I then need to be able to click on the "Check Button" and for excel to search for the row in the Sheet "Inputs" where those four numbers are together, in any order, across the row, and return the value in the 7th column (Best Number) in that row to show in cell G2 on the sheet "Check".

The for numbers currently selected are definitely in a row in the sheet "inputs" and I've pasted a copy of the numbers in cells S2:V2 so you can get them back if you change the drop down numbers.

A really nice finish would be a message box that says "This selection of numbers has not been entered yet" if the search draws a blank.
