I have a workbook (attached) which has a 3 macros running in it.
They are basic macros used to hide and unide rows (where no entry is required) This is managed by Data Validation where N/A is selected in the status column.
However I have created a macro that inserts a new row (to copy formulas etc) and once the work book is protected this stops working or if a row is deleted it comes back shortly after.
What I need it to do is to protect the calculated dates in column F (which drives the planner conditional formatting) but allows new rows to be added within the structure of the planner and not at the end
I have just tried to upload the workbook but my work has blocked uploads.
This is the code i have used so far - when i have tried to run a sub to unprotect and re-protect the workbook this has failed to work as well.
I appreciate this may be difficult without the workbook but i thought i would try.
