Type of loop to expand and add

Don't know the best way to start this. I am thinking maybe with a loop, add and expand rows and then values. Any direction would be appreciated

That works great, that's exactly what I was looking for.
Question, If I changed some of the Set numbers on a few exercises to say 3 is there a way to make the default 5 sets like n picture dynamic to change based on value in that cell

After further testing and getting a better understanding of how code work, it does what I had follow up question on when changing number of sets.
Could not of figured out without your direction,I was no where close thanks for the education
