Excel macro for sorting rows based on a specific key value in columns.

Hello guys,

I am trying to automate an excel table. I would like to sort the rows according to the "X" values in the columns 3 & 4. I have attached a sample file below. The rows should be arranged in a following manner:

Row 1

Row 3

Row 2

Row 4

That is, one small edition after one big edition.

Can someone please help me with it? I would be thankful
