Copy and paste column with special formatting

Hi community

I know here is many of similar threads, but i would like to solve something different

I would like to ask for help in this :

1. I have 3 sheets in my workbook named A, B and C

2. In sheet A there is column T which i would like to copy and paste it to sheet B, as latest column based on empty value in first row

3. In sheet A there is column U which i would like to copy and paste it to sheet C, as latest column based on empty value in first row

*Column T and U which are we copying has some hidden rows which i would like to include in copying ( i am not sure if that is the problem)
*Column T and U has also conditional formatting (highlighted cells) - i would like to copy paste only this highlight, but not conditional formatting if possible

If needed i will attach sample test data
