VBA - Extracting of Rows from Source Data

Hi all, hoping someone is able to assist with a problem that I had encountered.

I will need to extract rows from source data using VBA with reference from a separate sheet.

Are we able to extract based on cell number or do we have to insert another row in source data as an identifier for extraction? Most of the example that I've search on requires a criteria.

I've attached the workbook for easy reference.

    Thanks!
