Vertical Alignment of text within ActiveX Combo Box drop down

Anyone know if its possible to align text vertically within the ActiveX Combo Box? I see the property setting for horizontal has a left, center and right alignment but not I can't see any options for vertical alignment.

You only have two ways to my knowledge:
a) Reduce the Font Size
b) Increase the height of the ComboBox
