Odd Behaviour With Sort Code

I have this code used to sort a range on data on my worksheet.

It's called from another module.

It works, but only when I manually step through the code from the stop. If I remove the stops, the data does not filter according to the criteria. In fact, the data isn't affected at all by the sort. It remains in it's original sequence.

Can anyone perhaps explain this behaviour? Is there something that could contribute to this odd behaviour?

Disregard. The sort eventually caught up once the entire module completed it's processes.
