Dropdown menu X-axis, Y-axis to find a value in a table?

Evening!
i was wondering if i could get som asistance?
i have two dropmenus that are made from datacollection "list", with an X-axis and a Y-axis
as the image refers to below.
i was wondering how can i get it so when i select both an X-axis value, and a Y-axis value it displays the corresponding number?
ie. if i select 20 and 20 it should display 130,6 l/s *ha
the list is dynamic, so slight changes when i select a different IVF curve, else i would just have done it with a alot of "if" commands.

Without a sample workbook (see banner at the top of the page), there is limited help that can be offered.

I suspect the solution would be to define the "table" in terms of a named dynamic range with additional ranges for the X and Y axis and then use INDEX / MATCH to find the cell at the intersection.

Problem solved, incorperated index and match functions and got it working
