Need to use the Fill Handle in the current active cell

Hi,

Below is some code I have made in excel that checks a cell for a value and if there is a value then it inserts a new row and goes back to the previous blank cell. What I need to do from here is use the fill handle in the active cell to drop down the coding and then go back to the original IF statement to check if there's a value in the active cell and repeat. This is the bit I'm struggling with, I can't figure it out.
