Add callout for today temperatures only

Hello everybody,
Could you help me in my question,please?
My File is about piles temperatures of a material and there is a chart of it.
I have a code in my file that can create a callout(that shows company) for every point in the chart that is greater than 44 with no repeat.
I need to edit the code to add the callout for today temperatures only that exceeds 44.
Please help me

If you take the highest temperature on the first day or the highest temperature today, the labels have less chance to overlap.

Thanks bsalv for your solution but there are some modifications:
1-No helper columns are required because I will run the code on a lot of charts and my sheet contain a lot of data.
2-I want to show today`s points only.
3-I want the callout to be full name "Company 1" not a abbreviation and with white color.

Thanks bsalv for your solution.But I tried it on my data ,I got 2 problems:
1-There are a lot of useless callouts in the chart that contain date only
2-The code create callouts for half of today`s points.

for one or another reason, in 1 serie the "category name" was displayed without interaction.
So you find now a line, that disables that

           .DataLabels.ShowCategoryName = False '----> don't show the categoryname in the datalabel

Because at that moment, i didn't know this cause, i added a sheet with the name of the chart, the serie, the "hot" point and all its parameters.
Perhaps this can help you for other purposes.

a piece of cake, i thought, but the seriename was " Limit" instead of "Limit", small but important difference.
