Insert column depending upon months

Hi,

Thanks for looking at my post. I would like to do following scenario and any help will be appreciated.

1. Check today’s date and insert column only upto last month. Example if I run the macro today, column will be inserted for Oct. If I re run again, it should say I already ran the macro. When I run macro on Dec, it should insert column for Nov and so on.
2. Copy and paste the data along with formula from previous month

Any idea please?
