I would like to link picture to cell it was loaded from

I have a workbook which has loaded pictures into Cells 14 columns (skipping every other column) wide 11 rows down.
I would like to click on any of the loaded pictures to get the row where the original path to the picture was input from.
I do hope this make sense.
