Search Column for Criteria, Highlight Them Red

Hi excelhelpforum team,
Thanks for your help in the past, I have posted a lot.

We are in Google Sheets (attached), but this can be in Excel, too.

Goal: search Job Title column for any of 60 terms. Once the term is found, we want to highlight the entire row red. It would be great if a macro can run a check on a list, and highlight everything in Column B which matches that list.

Let's say the "red list" is Associate Investment Director and Managing Director for column B.
