Copy Data to New Workbook with VBA Code without saving new Workbook

This should be easy but I can't seem to work it out. I have a worksheet, and want to copy (Range A1:O300) to a NEW Workbook and PASTESPECIAL Values and Formats
Google and YouTube are just not delivering anything this simple. I want the VBA Code to do this.

    Hope someone can help

OK - your thread title ought to reflect this as it's a pretty significant caveat and you didn't even mention it in your first post!

Update the title in your first post to this thread, please.
