Multiple Criteria V-H Lookup Formula/Macro

Hi gurus,

I'm faced with yet another challenge that might be simple for you guys. Attached is the sample workbook for your reference.

On click event, cells in the "OUTPUT" sheet need to be filled in with data from the "database" sheet. The challenge for me is that each cell needs to meet the criteria based on Column A ("Item Part Number") and Rows 2 & 3. The challenge for me is that I want to achieve this using the cell function or formula (as I am trying to limit the macro usage of this workbook). You may come up with a macro program as a last resort.

So you want to click on a cell on the OUTPUT sheet and have that cell populated with the corresponding value from the database sheet?

Why are you trying to limit the usage of macros? If you want a "click event" then you'll NEED to use macros.

I just realized my self-contradictory statement there, and sorry for that confusion. It should have been a data validation input in Row 2 then automatically the table will be filled in with data from "OUTPUT" sheet. Thanks BSB.
