Check range of data and compare equal amount of rows and balances

Hi All....I would like to create a Macro where it would look at what is in column A "sheet 1" and compare to Column A "Input Sheet" and highlight any differences. The number of rows may vary each month

Also, would like to look at rows 11 & 20 Columns B & C and make sure these balances are equal, if not highlight in red. In addition have the balances round to whole dollars


Lastly, copy rows B&C from the input sheet to "Sheet 1" and maintain formatting from the input sheet. The number of Rows may vary each month

I have attached a spreadsheet to assist. Any help is greatly appreciated.
