Earlier in the week I found a VB code. It worked really well up to 24 Reps, but I need it for 39 or more Reps. I'm not the best with debugging and could use some help.
I have attached both the 24 Reps bid and the 39 Rep bid.....Can someone tell me why I'm getting an error when I try to add 25 or more Reps and shifts?

The way the original code was written didn't allow for data in columns with double letters eg columns AA, AB etc. The code below corrects for that.
I don't know if the results are correct, but doesn't error with your example data.
