Quarterly Growth Rate over different years

Dears,

I have some data like the attached excel file and I want to calculate the sales quarterly growth rate for different products in different years. for example, I want to calculate the sales growth rate of shoes in 1993 quarter1 regarding the previous year and quarter which is the year 1992 and quarter 4.


Any helps and advice are highly appreciated.
