Command Button to initiate Search and copy-paste

    Hi,

Something I look forward to simplifying something in my excel sheet.

Two worksheets, Bill and Support. Four cells in worksheet "Support" (Cells are I20, M20, R20, T20) and Four-column in worksheet "Bill" ( I, W, X, Y) which row start from 9 -1220.

If the command button is clicked.

Cell I20 value of "support" search in between Cells I9:I1220 of Bill Worksheet. If match found then M20, R20, and T20 Value paste in the corresponding matched row of W, X, Y. and also popup a massage "value updated".

    Thanks in advance.

Your post does not comply with Rule 3 of our Forum RULES. Do not cross-post your question on multiple forums without telling us about your threads on other forums.

Post a link to any other forums where you have asked the same question.

Cross-posting is when you post the same question in other forums on the web. The last thing you want to do is waste people's time working on an issue you have already resolved elsewhere. We prefer that you not cross-post at all, but if you do (and it's unlikely to go unnoticed), you MUST provide a link (copy the url from the address bar in your browser) to the cross-post.

Read this to understand why we ask you to do this.

I have added the crosspost reference for you today. Please comply with this and all our rules in the future

    Hi Moderator,

    This is very interesting.

I tried to inform about the cross posting in this thread by providing a link, but your system does not give me permission for provide a link as a new member. So I have to edit it then post.

As I need some solution so posted here. If I got the answer from this forum I definitely pasted other forum about the solution I have got.

I will definatly comply all your forum rules.

    Thanks.
