Copy & paste from one tab to another using macro

Hi folks,

Please refer the sample sheet attached. I have a KPI dashboard. I need to copy and paste the KPI values from the dashboard to the "Trend" worksheet on clicking the "Save Results" button.

These values keep on changing every month, I need to paste the values in the respective cells on the "Trend" worksheet.

Hope I am clear in explanation. Can anyone please help me out on this? Apologies if this has been posted earlier.
