Submit entries to calendar using button

I am new to this forum and I want to thank you all if you help me with the problem in Excel. I have built in Excel a format which helps us to enter project data and populate it in a calendar in Excel according to calendar weeks and the name of Monteur. I want that when I finish entering the data, and press the submit button, this data is automatically generated in the calendar.
Can anyone help me? Iwill be very grateful.
