complicated case to merge and sum values for many items

Hello experts
I have data for each itemز so each item contain data and end to empty cell and somtimes there is no empty cell for specific item as in row 16,17 in sheet data so what I want merge duplicated data based on COL C,D,E for each item in COL B
it should create whole data in sheet result

did you see my file ? did you test the code on my file ? when merge the data should merge for each ITEM IN col B for instance CC1 starts from ROW2 : ROW4 then when merge the data are relating for this item shouldn't fill CC1 repeatedly for the others empty cells . it should show in first cell in COL B and the rest cells stays empty each item in COL B contain data start from cell in COL B to last empty cell and start a new item in COL B . when merge the data are relating the item in COLB shouldn't fill in empty cells are relating for that item
last thing the sequences the in COL A should start from filled cell in COL B to last empty cell 1,2,3 and when start a new item in COLB should start again from the beggining 1,2,3 to last empty cell and so on for the rest of items in COL B

I no know if this is not clear
each item in COL B (DEL NO) the serial number should be separately. may you see the numbers in COL A in sheet tester ?
