Urgent help needed on Search

Hello All!

I need a help in automating my excel sheet attached with this thread..

I have to retrieve col from NEW sheet - Mark, IV, StardPrCu , StradPrPCu, StardPrNx, StradPrPNx for rows whose Time matches the value in cell Sheet1!D2 and the col 4 value is greater than matched Time's StardPrCu by 40% .. eg eg. i want to retrieve the rows which have StradPrPCu of col 4 greater by 40% than those having time of Sheet1!D2. These rows will be pulished in Sheet1! F1 onwards.

Any help with right formulas will be great!
