Help writing code to do an action when double clicking a cell.

Hello!
I am writing again to you guys because I was hoping to get help with a slightly different project than last time. So this time, I have a list of about fifty names that are put into one of three groups denoted by an X. If the X is in the B column it will have different numbers than if the X is in the C column for the name. If the name is double-clicked and there is no X then the row would only have one number associated with it.

Here is what I was hoping to get help with (See example): When I double-click on, let’s say, Kenny’s name, it would give me the string of numbers associated with numbers for an X in the B column. If I were to double-click on Wendy’s name, it would give me a different string of numbers that is associated with the C column. . If I were to double-click on Eric’s name, since he has no X it would just give me one number in the D column.
