About the error of the programing of file with excel

I have a pre-programmed excel file, when entering data, it seems to be overlapped. The function is okay, but the image is superimposed. I downloaded it from excelpayroll.org. I have attached pictures. Thank you very much.

I sent email the author of the program to ask for help, but they can't help. They instructed me to reinstall office 2019, and turn off the accelerating hardware, but the problem still existed. I don't know how to solve this. Thanks!
