On the enclosed sheet on the FOUND tab on row three there are a selection of different housetypes, that are individually coloured.
On the GWK matrix tab, I select the housetype i want from the drop down list.
Is there a way for this also to bring through the cell colour from the found tab?
the ONLY way without VBA is to set up a conditional formatting rule for each house name.

Thank you that's what I have been doing, it was just there are a lot of housetypes and I just wondered if there was an easier way.
Is there a way to move this to the VBA forum, or shall I close this and do a new post on VBA forum?
