    How To Keep VBIDE CommandBar Hidden on Excel Front-End?

    Excel 2016

    How to ensure VBIDE commandbar is visible only in the IDE, and not on Excel front-end?

    This code causes commandbar to be visible on the front-end, which isn't desired.
