Macro to delete Duplicate headings

I have dates and Text in Col A

I want to delete duplicate heading "date" i.e from where duplicate heading date appears going backwards up to first space to where an actual date is in Col A

I have highlighted the rows in yellow to be deleted to make it easier to understand what I am trying to achieve



The number of rows to be deleted may vary from month to month, hence the reason for the code to be amended per my request above
