VBA to Split data into multiple sheets

Hi All,
Help really appreciated in advance.

Need to split data into multiple sheets with VBA.
VBA Code is to create multiple sheets basis on one column values "department" and then transferring data on each sheet. Need to develop the macro for data split on multiple worksheets.

Here's is what I have started with, however I keep on getting an error: "Complie error" "Variable not defined"
