Working When Logout

Hello there,

I need some part of the VBA codes if it's possible.

I go to launch everyday between 12.00 - 13.00 I need that the macro must keep working when pc-user logged out till logged in.

I need a macro like when a PC user loggged out then the macro must be start working as soon as logged out.
when logged in the macro should stop working.
I dont know that way is possible?

I have already some macro codes. Just I need to help to make working my codes when PC-user logged out.
you can think on it like a trigger for my codes as soon as logged out. For example;

if PC-User loggged out then I wanna refresh all SQL codes in Sheet1 as easy example.
