How to disable "Running Background Query" when opening up my excel macro-enabled file

    Hello,

I created a VBA code where it is copying the data from all tabs in a workbook and then append all of those data to a specific tab (AuditResult). I then save this tab to a new workbook. I noticed when I open this spreadsheet, it is loading the query automatically versus me clicking on a macro button to run it. Does anyone know why it is doing this? I would like to disable this from running when I open my excel file if that's possible. I attached a screenshot of the notification I am getting when I open my excel file.

    Thank you in advance!
