Last used row with collapse row

Hello everyone!

I am trying to determine the last used row of a range that could grow to detect changes via the worksheet sub

It gets complicated as the rows are grouped and usually collapse so with the following code

I get the last used row displayed. I thought of adding a character at the row below the last not displayed one as workaround but I was wondering if there was a more "elegant".
