Continuing from what I asked earlier, now I cannot get cell value after I got the cell reference. See file.
Adding a "=" to a text cell reference (eg B2) with concatenate does not give me the B2 cell value.
How can I fix this?
Thanks.

Well, to me it sounds convincing (at least a bit - may be because I know it :-D ) , as we do not write directly the address to formula, but the address has to be first generated and then indirectly used in a cell formula.
It is often used in pair with the ADDRESS function.
And thanks for reputation point and for marking thread "Solved"
