MsgBox does not display on OneDrive instance

Hello there!

I added a function where a "Congratulations" message displays when one of our team members achieves a desired result. This works fine on the excel application but does not work on the OneDrive instance.

Would anyone be able to give me guidance on how to get a pop up message on the OneDrive instance?

I don't know what a OneDrive instance is. Macro code stored in a workbook would work fine when played from the OneDrive location. The usual caveats exists. User has to have macro security set to allow macros...

Each user has to set in their Excel Application. File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Macro Settings. You would likely want them to also check the box for VBA too.

Does this work for OneDrive view aswell?

If by "OneDrive web version" you mean Excel Online, then VBA is not supported.
The only functionality here would be with OfficeScript, but I don't think this supports events, or the Excel Javascript API.
