Formula in PowerQuery or PowerPivot - SUMIFS, etc.

I would like to find a way to calculate quite a complex formula in PowerQuery or in measures in PowerPivot (for me doesn't matter in that case).

I have attached a file, where formulas can be found in columns E-J in Sheet "1". In Sheet "2", you can find the final result I want to achieve.
