Expanding grouped items (e.g. 7-9) out into rows

I've seen a few posts similar to what I'm looking for, but I don't know enough about VBA to get what I'm needing. I have a list of Rows and Seats, with the seats being grouped by either low-high (7-9) and or high-low (9-7), or including multiple groups in a cell, ex: 12, 2-4 or 7-5, 3 depending on another factor that can't be changed on another piece of software. I'm trying to output a new list with all that data broken apart by row followed in the next column by an individual seat. Is this just a mind numbing task or am I just not very good with VBA?

    Administrative Note:

    Welcome to the forum.

We would very much like to help you with your query, however the thread title does not really convey what your request is about. Tell us what you are trying to do, not how you think it should be done.

Please take a moment to amend your thread title. Make sure that the title properly explains your request. Your title should be explicit and not be generic (this includes function names used without an indication of what you are trying to achieve).

Please see Forum Rule #1 about proper thread titles and adjust accordingly. To edit the thread title, open the original post to edit and then click on Go Advanced (bottom right) to access the area where you can edit your title.
