From your Post #31:

When a list of products for a new week is pasted in "New week code list" tab and "Retrieve & arrange SWEEP items from master code list" button is pressed macro will go through all the entries in "New week code list" tab. Whenever macro comes across the code (primary code) in "Master code list" tab, it will check if the code in the row below (secondary code) exists in "New week code list" tab. If secondary code is also in "New week code list" tab, primary code will be marked as SWEEP in "New week code list" tab . . .

Based on the results you've corrected, it would appear that the SWEEP/WASH value is taken from the appropriate row of Column B on the "Master Code List". Is this correct?

The attached version of the workbook shows results based on this.
