Concatenate two cells, change font color and put in the third column

I have the below and I need it to work on the whole file. I want to choose column 1 and column 2 and put it in column three after it adds a line and changes to font in Column 1 to red. Here is what my file looks like, text only:
What is the address of your corporate headquarters? ServiceNow is headquartered at 2225 Lawson Lane, Santa Clara, California 95054.

The code worked for me, although it chooses the usedrange of the activesheet initially....
