    VPA copy Values

Few days I asked for help and thanks for responded and clear solutions.
I asked if it is possible to copy some values in corresponded cells under each number and now I have a good working sheet.
anything I insert will be copied under each number I wanted, But I have to enter a value into each cells [B]one by one[/B,] and click next cell to complete copy paste.
wondering what if I want to copy few columns from notepad and insert in into A1:F5 ? it wont work and I have to go to each cell and click them again.
is there any way VBA copy values without entering key into individual cells?
    Thank you so much
