memorizing values like xlOpenXMLWorkbookMacroEnabled

When you want to assign a value to FileFormat like xlOpenXMLWorkbookMacroEnabled, do you really remember that long name xlOpenXML......?
or do you use somehow the intellisense to list the possible values for you? If yes how? I have hard time to remember these names/values. Thank you.

I think these are Enums in excel. Nobody wants to remember all those numbers so they make them constants and give them long names. Read about them at:
