How to move scroll bar to the top using VBA?

I have a list of date and a scroll bar is linked to it. I need to add a button that when I click it, the scroll bar goes to the top. How should I do it? The sample file is attached.

Solution attached. The file must be converted to xlsm. I added a button and the code for the button sets the value of J12 to 1. The cell is linked to the scroll bar so this will also cause the scroll bar to scroll to the top position.
