Automatic Email Sending from excel

Hello my expert friends.
Here is my problem. I am in the midst of building a risk matrix model, and I have set my probability of failure as a function of time using excel formula. Basically this formula allows the variable of my cells to dynamically change with each passing day. Now I don't want to be opening my workbook everyday to check if my values have reached a certain value, let's say for the sake of this example (=10). Instead what I would like to have is an automated reminder that sends me an email as soon as any of the values of the cells in the column reaches that said threshold of 10. And it has to be done repetitively each time any of the cells in the column (Let's say for the sake of example, Column C, RANGE C1:C40) reaches the threshold value of 10.

I would appreciate any input on this matter, guys
