Insert user form to spreadsheet via command button

Hi,

I am completely new to VBA/Macros and I am struggling. I have created a new user form which has text & combo boxes, this is saved ready to use. The issue that I am having is making this user form available on my spreadsheet through the command button and then transferring the data onto my spreadsheet from this form.

Is anyone able to help please?

thanks for the fast response. I have now attached this file.

I have had a look and I think I have only coded the form, the form I am using is Add_Frm. The data needs inputting into the spreadsheet across the rows, 1 row per form.

I could not work out how to add the ID section so will need to do this manually.

Looking at what I have done, I have realised that I am miles away from getting this working. I might need to find an excel expert to do this for me.

As this would still require manually inputting. I have left it out so that others can add data and admins can then populate the ID's.
I am unsure of how to automatically generate ID's on the form.

Yes consecutive numbers, I just cannot rely on people who would access the form to complete this.
