Outlook Save Attachment to Specific Folder

I usually send an e-mail to a specific person with an attachment. I need to save that attachment to a specific folder. Can someone help me write a macro so that each time I write an e-mail to a specific person, the macro would run and save the attachment to specific folder?

you wanna save the attachment to a folder AFTER you send the piece of mail? or you wanna save the attachment to a dir BEFORE you send mail, and then attach it to the EM by pointing to the dir? regardless, this has been asked about, and covered previously. see here:
