Freeze columns to the right of scroll area

Hi,

Attached is a sample of what my WB will look like, columns A10:G10 down will contain data and I want this to scroll but how do I keep H10:K16 static so the buttons remain visible?

Freeze pane only seems to work with row above or column to the left

Is it possible?
