Merge/Compile 2 different columns with similar data

    Hi,

hoping for your assistance on a macro to perform the following:

I have 2 similar worksheet, containing employee numbers:
    - Worksheet "Previous"
    - Worksheet "Current"

On a separated worksheet, let's call it the "Master", I want to merge/compile all the employee numbers from the 2 previous worksheets. I tried a formula and it works but, as I have a large amount of data, excel takes ages to process information. So, for this I need a macro.

Attached is a simple sample of what I need.

Thank you so much in advance!

Making it more complex, what if the "Master" is not exactly the same, as the previous Worksheets?

Let's say I want to place the merge/compile all the employee numbers on C3 (instead of A2)?

    Many thanks in advance

    Hi,

I'm kindly asking for your assistance on the attached macro.

I need the "Employee number" to be compiled to the Master tab (yellow area, from C3 below) but when I run the macro it messes the C1 cell and adds the header from the previous tabs (C2).

It also cannot clear or mess with any other columns data, as I have formulas in there.

Where do I have to change the code?

    Many thanks.
    Kind Regards!
